High level visits to Samoa

  • May-June 2026: Her Excellency the Hon Ms Sam Mostyn AC, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, travelled to Apia for a bilateral visit on the occasion of Samoa's 64th Independence Day celebrations.
  • April 2026: Minister for Customs, the Hon Masinalupe Leatuavao Makesi Pisi attended the Joint Heads of Pacific Security Conference hosted by Australia in Brisbane.
  • April 2026: Associate Minister for Women, Community and Social Development, the Hon Afioga Tilafono David Hunter attended the Women Deliver Conference in Melbourne.
