The China–Australia Free Trade Agreement (ChAFTA) entered into force on 20 December 2015.
Here you can find the full text of ChAFTA. The agreement contains 17 chapters and related annexes. Two memoranda of understanding and a side letter on traditional Chinese medicine were also concluded as part of the overall ChAFTA package but do not form part of the agreement.
