The corporate plan is the department’s primary planning document. It sets out our vision, purpose, capabilities and risks, and describes the complex international environment in which we operate. The corporate plan is a roadmap for how we will deliver the Government's agenda over the next four years and how we will measure our performance. Results against this year’s corporate plan will be reported in next year’s annual performance statements.
