In accordance with the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Amendment (Corporate Plan) Rule 2020 DFAT has deferred the release of the 2020-21 Corporate Plan until October 2020. This is due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the Department's operations, including the diversion of resources to support the Government's response to the pandemic.

The Corporate Plan outlines the broad scope of the Department's work to the Australian public, as well as its purpose, outcomes and priority functions over the next four years.
