The Philippines 2022-23 COVID-19 Development Program Progress Report is the final progress report against the Philippines COVID-19 Development Response Plan. The report provides a summary of program achievements and progress against performance indicators.

This review was commissioned to assess the efficiency, effectiveness and relevance of the Philippine Civil Maritime Security Program (PCMSP), as well as the gender equality and disability inclusion outcomes into the program’s implementation.
