The PCTP-RAPID Program was developed and implemented from 2012 to 2019, and supported the post-disaster recovery planning of the most vulnerable provinces (5), cities (3) and municipalities (16) affected by Tropical Storm Washi (2011) in Northern Mindanao Region, Typhoon Bopha (2012) in Davao Region, and Super Typhoon Haiyan (2013) in Eastern Visayas Region.
