This template provides a recommended structure for an investment concept valued at $10 million (inclusive of GST) or more. It should be a maximum of 5 pages (plus annexes) and be written in plain English. An investment concept is required in order to obtain delegate approval to proceed to design.

The Investment design quality assessment tool and scoring matrix is an attachment to the Investment design quality assurance and scoring guidance and must be used to assess and provide comment on the quality of the design document.
