Investment design is the mechanism through which DFAT translates policy intent and investment objectives into outcomes and impact. In a DFAT-led design, DFAT manages the design process. This template is for an Investment Design Document (IDD) for a DFAT-led design valued at $3 million (GST inclusive) or more. The IDD must be a maximum of 25 pages and written in concise, plain language.
