Mr Matt Skelly is a senior career officer with the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade and was most recently Director, Eastern Europe and Western Balkans section.

Mr Barnes is a career officer with the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) and has previously served overseas as Deputy Head of Mission in Hanoi, High Commissioner to Ghana and in Ottawa and Stockholm.

Ms Kelly is a career officer with the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade and was most recently First Secretary, Australian Embassy, Riyadh. She has previously served overseas in Jordan and Pakistan.

Ms Jenny Da Rin is a senior career officer in the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade and was most recently Assistant Secretary, Southeast Asia Development Policy and Program Branch, in the Office of Southeast Asia. 

Mr Hayhurst is a senior career officer with the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade and was most recently Deputy Secretary of the Geostrategic Group and Australia’s Senior Quad Official.
