This report has been prepared with a view to providing Extractive Industries Technical Advisory Facility (EI-TAF) donors with an update on progress made since the program's inception in 2009. The includes an introduction to and background on EI-TAF; an update on the current status of the Facility and its activities; and discussion of emerging lessons.
