The Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade has undertaken an Independent Review of Australia's Humanitarian Logistics Capability to inform planning for a future phase.

The review assessed the 2011 Humanitarian Logistics Framework against its stated outcomes and current DFAT Aid Quality reporting criteria.

The review has identified three recommendations to inform the new design of Australia's Humanitarian Logistics Capabilities, please see the Management's Response.
