Industry Briefing - Upcoming Procurements for Australia’s Aid Program in the Philippines

The Australian Embassy in the Philippines will hold a briefing to inform interested parties about upcoming Australian Aid Program procurements for the Philippines. The briefing will be held at:

The industry briefing will cover procurements that will be released into the market in the next six months.

  1. Education Pathways to Peace in Mindanao (see link to AusTender below)
  2. Trade and Inclusive Economic Growth Facility (see draft concept note below)
  3. Connecting Transport Infrastructure for Economic Development (see information sheet below)
  4. Australia Awards Scholarships (see information sheet below)

More detailed information about each of these investments, including information sheets, concept notes, and design documents will be made available on this website two weeks before the industry briefing date.

The information that will be provided at the industry briefing is for planning purposes only and it does not represent solicitation or constitute a request for proposal, nor is it a commitment to purchase or tender for any described services. The scale, scope and focus of any proposed program may change at any time and is subject to formal approval by the Australian and Philippines Governments before any procurement process will commence. Programs may also be subject to delays, revision or cancellations.

Attendance Confirmation

Interested parties should nominate a maximum of 2 participants and confirm their attendance with Ms. Krismarie Diaz no later than Friday 12 August 2016. Please e-mail Krismarie.diaz@dfat.gov.au, and provide your full name and the organisation that you represent. Kindly bring identification documents on the day of the event (i.e. passport or driver licence, etc).
