The Australia – Vietnam Development Partnership Plan 2025–2030 (DPP) translates into action the development priorities Australia shares with Vietnam. It builds on over fifty years of development cooperation between our two countries and delivers on the shared ambitions and commitments in our Comprehensive Strategic Partnership.

Come and learn more about business opportunities to work with Australia's Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) on Australia's Development Program. 

As set out in the Investment Concept Note (to be released with the RFEOI), the new program will progress the Joint Statement of Intent on TVET updated in June 2024 at the Australia-PNG Ministerial Forum, and the twelve recommendations of the Strategic Review of the Papua New Guinea – Australia Partnership in TVET, which was published in September.

DFAT will shortly go to market for a managing contractor to implement the Vietnam – Australia Human Resource Development Program (Aus4Skills). 

The Australian Government is supporting the Government of Vanuatu (GoV) through its Vanuatu Education Support Program (VESP) to undertake long-term education reforms.
