Mr Will Nankervis has been appointed as Australia’s next Ambassador for Climate Change. Mr Nankervis’ appointment underscores Australia’s ongoing commitment to work with partners to drive action on climate change.

DFAT is currently designing a Private Sector Development Program (PSDP) to support Timor-Leste’s private sector growth. The PSDP will extend Australia’s longstanding partnership with Timor-Leste in supporting its economic resilience and diversification.

P4I is an Australian Government initiative, financed through Official Development Assistance, which commenced in January 2021. DFAT will shortly go to market for a managing contractor to implement Phase 2 of the Partnerships for Infrastructure program(P4I).
