The DFAT-funded program Towards a Strong and Prosperous Indonesian Society (MAHKOTA) commissioned an evaluation to investigate, document, and communicate its contribution to the development and content of supporting government regulations to the National Disability Law (Law No. 8/2016), specifically the government regulation (peraturan pemerintah: PP) on the provision of social welfare (PP. No.52/2019 for people with disability and the PP on the provision of habilitation and rehabilitation services for people with disability (PP. no.70/2020).
