Summary of publication
TAPQE is a five-year program (2022 – 2027) focused on addressing some of the education challenges in Tuvalu. It is funded by the Australian Government and implemented in close cooperation with the Government of Tuvalu.
The mid-term review of TAPQE was completed in February 2025 and was designed to answer five questions on the program’s interventions, use of resources, progress towards end of program outcomes, social inclusion measures and monitoring and evaluation arrangements.
Building on observations and discussions in the report, the mid-term review made five recommendations. The management response lays out DFAT’s acknowledgement of the recommendations and actions that will be taken to strengthen TAPQE’s programming.
