Australia supported the second phase of the Skills for Inclusive Growth Program in Sri Lanka delivered by the Palladium Group from 2020 to 2024 (AUD12million). The program worked with partners to develop innovative and replicable skill development models to contribute to sustainable job creation, increased income and business growth for marginalised people, particularly women and people with disabilities within the Sri Lankan tourism value chain.
This evaluation, commissioned by Colombo Post in 2024 assesses the relevance, effectiveness and efficiency of the program providing recommendations for future implementation. The S4IG Completion Report was not available at the time of the evaluation.
