This is the end of the program review of the Skills for Inclusive Growth Program (2020, 60pp).
The Skills for Inclusive Growth Program (S4IG) is a four-year, A$14.4 million program is a skills development program that uses the tourism sector to explore and demonstrate successful models of change within skills providers in formal and informal enterprises. The purpose of this independent review is to assess and verify the progress of the S4IG program and make recommendations for any modifications of the next phase of programming.
The review finds that, there is a strong level of evidence to suggest that S4IG has remained highly relevant to Australia’s national interests, to the needs of priority groups within the development context, and in alignment with Government of Sri Lanka (GoSL) and other partners’ priorities.
