Partnerships for Social Protection in the Pacific (P4SP) is an eight-year $36 million program, currently in its second phase.
In June 2024, DFAT commissioned an independent evaluation to assess the effectiveness, efficiency, gender equality, disability equity and relevance of the first phase of the P4SP program. The evaluation covers the period from September 2021 to December 2024. The evaluation used a mixed methods approach that included a detailed document review and stakeholder interviews.
