Summary of publication
Partnerships for Improving Education (PIE) is a five-year program (2022-2027) between the Australian and PNG governments to improve access, equity and student learning outcomes in early grade education (Prep to Grade 2). The program operates at the national and subnational level in four target locations of Enga, Central, West Sepik and the Autonomous Region of Bougainville.
The Mid-Term Review was a formative review of PIE to understand what changes may be needed to ensure PIE’s long-term success and sustainability, and to inform considerations for future PIE phases and resourcing.
