DFAT will go to market to establish a Development Assurance Services (DAS) Panel in the third quarter of 2025. The Panel will facilitate the procurement of development related technical, commercial and assurance services as well as procurement and probity support services with the potential for additional categories to be included during future refreshes. The Panel is intended to run over a period of up to 10 years.

DFAT anticipates the approach to market will be through a one-step procurement process (a Request for Tender). DFAT will be seeking applications from a wide pool of tendering parties.

The proposed procurement will be listed on the AusTender website when released to the market. Additional information and updates will also be provided on the Development Procurement Pipeline and the Business notifications webpages.

The Panel is intended to commence in November/December 2025.
