Summary of publication

The Promoting Sustainable Commercially Viable Beef Cattle Breeding in Indonesia program (2015/16-2018/19, $8 million), aims to develop commercially viable beef cattle breeding business models for Indonesia, to increase Indonesia's breeding herd, bolster their food security in beef, and encourage investment in the sector. The program will partner with commercial land owners and will provide technical assistance in cattle management and business acumen. Successful business models will be shared with other interested investors to increase investment in the sector. Design document.
