12 July 2018, 1:00 pm to 3:30 pm, Australian Embassy Manila
The Australian Embassy in Manila invites interested organisations to attend an industry briefing on the Public Financial Management Program for Institutions and Infrastructure (PMFP-II) tender. The plenary briefing is aimed to give potential tenderers an opportunity to gain a better understanding of the investment design and the tender requirements.
Attendance at the industry briefing is optional and is not a Condition for Participation in this RFT process. Copies of any presentations and responses to questions provided at the briefing will be provided to all Tenderers via an Addendum on Austender.
Please note that the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade will not be liable for any travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred by participants.
Interested organisations can nominate a maximum of two representatives to attend the industry briefing. Please register for the briefing by sending the full names of the organisation and its nominated representative(s) and their positions, to Ms Joy Valenzuela (Joy.Valenzuela@dfat.gov.au) by close of business on Monday, 9 July 2018. Participants are requested to bring a government-issued ID on the day of the event. Unregistered and walk-in representatives may not be accommodated due to venue space constraints.
When registering, please advise if any participants have special needs that will require disability access to the briefing in order for the appropriate arrangements to be made.
If organisations are unable to attend the industry briefing in Manila, written questions should be sent to Tender-pfmp@dfat.gov.au up until 23 July 2018 and will be answered via an Addendum on Austender.
