The External Reference Group (ERG) is gender-balanced and diverse, including representatives from Pacific, ASEAN and global peak bodies of people with disability, First Nations Australians, domestic stakeholders, under-represented groups of people with disability and a range of sectors.

DFAT's Disability Equity and Rights Section is providing Secretariat support and facilitates ERG meetings in a hybrid format to remove the impost of travel.
