Summary of publication
This is an addendum to the 2011-12 Annual Plan which provides a detailed overview of activities to strengthen TVET systems, provincial coordination and TVET centres, including costs and resourcing to the end of December 2012.
The Annual Plan describes the continuing work program for strengthening TVET systems, provincial coordination, TVET centres and cross-cutting activities to the anticipated end of Phase 2 in January 2013. It highlights the risks to successful delivery of planned outputs and achievement of outcomes, such as national financing for TVET and lack of teaching and learning materials. The plan includes steps for handover and transition to the Phase 3 program.
