Annual workplan for achieving the Ministry of Education's three objectives and twenty outputs for improving education in Vanuatu.

Description

The workplan supports the following objectives: increase equitable access to education for all people at all levels of education in Vanuatu; improve the quality of education; improve planning, fiscal and financial management. It shows the annual budget and donor contributions for education in 2012. The plan includes detailed outputs and performance indicators for 2012-14, and a year-by-year workplan of activities and responsible work units. The plan also includes procurement policies and procedures and a draft procurement and distribution plan for 2011-12.
