Summary of publication

This independent Monitoring and Review Group report assesses the quality and performance of the BESIK rural water and sanitation program in Timor-Leste. It finds that the program is delivering a wide range of activities across the sector with varying degrees of success. Its recommendations include increased resourcing of program areas which are progressing more slowly.
