Description

The Subsidiary Agreement outlines the responsibilities and contributions of the Australian and Vietnamese Governments for the management of Australian Development Scholarships Pre-departure Project. The Subsidiary Arrangement allows amendments to be made at any time via Exchange of Letters between the two governments. Since 2003, four Exchanges of Letters to amend the Subsidiary Arrangement have been signed to reflect changes in the Project arrangement and allow the Project to continue to January 2016.
