Description
This report covers the accomplishments of the project in 2009. Project implementation was disrupted in the last quarter of 2009 by typhoons Ketsana and Parma which flooded Metro Manila and northern Luzon. Resources of the Philippine Red Cross were changed to respond to this emergency. The project supported the training of volunteers in 6 target provinces and provided the Philippine Red Cross with trained instructors.
