Description

The Management Response to the Independent Completion Report outlines what actions DFAT would take in response to the recommendations of the report. It took on board key recommendations of the report including:

• ensuring alignment of activity objectives to higher level objectives
• a more systematic approach to work plans and monitoring and evaluation
• improved budgeting, and reporting.
