Summary of publication

This independent progress review of the Laos-Australia NGO Cooperation Agreements program functioned as a mid-term review. It used qualitative methods to assess relevance, gender and inclusive development, and learning. The review presents 39 recommendations in the executive summary for future consideration and action.
