Summary of publication

The LANGOCA program design elevated the integration of 'cross-cutting' issues as a program objective. This encouraged the NGOs to proactively address gender equality and inclusion of small ethnic communities and persons at risk of HIV in activity implementation, monitoring and evaluation in both program and individual project design documents.
