This document is the Landmine Survivor Assistance Cambodia 2007-2009 Australian Red Cross Program Design Document. The creation of a Landmine Survivor Assistance Program (LSAP) will shift the department's support to the Cambodian survivor assistance sector away from a solely grants-based program to one that is more cohesive and focused on longer-term sustainability.
