Summary of publication

This program implementation strategy outlines in further detail the general directions and principles of engagement provided by the KSI Guiding Strategy for Phase 2. It is based on consultations and engagement with KSI stakeholders using the Guiding Strategy as the main point of reference, and outlines how KSI will operationalise the Guiding Strategy through the emerging theory of change and end of program outcomes (EOPOs).
