Summary of publication
This concept note outlines a proposed new phase of support to the rural water, sanitation and hygiene sector (RWASH) in Timor-Leste for 2012-2017 (the Program). This new phase builds on Australia's existing program, Be Saneamentu no Ijene Komunidade (BESIK).
