Description

This document outlines the terms of reference for an independent completion review of the Centre for Democratic Institutions, to:

1. evaluate the Centre's activities and make recommendations for improvement as appropriate
2. evaluate AusAID's program and contract management of the Centre, and the ANU's management of it in terms of effectiveness, efficiency, and value for money and make recommendations for improvement as appropriate.

The evaluations are limited in scope to the Centre for Democratic Institutions' current contract period (March 2009 to present).
