Summary of publication

The ATLASS program is increasing the availability and quality of basic secondary services in anaesthesia, paediatrics, orthopaedics, obstetrics and general surgery in Timor-Leste.

This is the design document for the Australia Timor-Leste Program of Assistance for Secondary Services Phase II (ATLASS II). The document describes the rationale, goal and objectives and implementation arrangements of the program.
