Summary of publication

This document describes the design of the new Civil Society Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) Fund. The new fund is a A$97 million competitive grant program designed to deliver WASH programs in Africa, Asia and the Pacific from July 2012 until June 2016.

The document provides an analysis of the fund and discusses its implementation arrangements.
