Ms Bethany Randell

Ms Randell is a career officer with the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade and was most recently Director, Philippines Section. She has previously worked for the Department of Defence and the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet. 

Ms Randell holds a Masters in Middle Eastern Studies & English Literature from the University of St Andrews, a Masters in Public Policy and Management from the University of London, and a Graduate Certificate in Tertiary Education from the University of Canberra. She speaks Arabic and French.
