DFAT intends to approach the market for an implementing service provider to implement Harnessing Agricultural Resilience, Value chains, and Enterprise for Sustainable Transformation (HARVEST), Australia’s new climate program in the Philippines focusing on climate-resilient agriculture and food security. The program will focus on two mutually reinforcing streams of work to inclusively strengthen (1) small-scale farmers’ and fishers’ climate and disaster resilience and food security, and (2) enabling policies and support services.
It is anticipated that DFAT will approach the market in the 4th quarter of year. The proposed procurement will be published on AusTender and updates on the status of the procurement can be found on the Development Procurement Pipeline.
