DFAT is investigating how AI can be used to enhancesecure business outcomes. Embracing opportunities, while acknowledging the uncertaintiesand risks of new technologies, DFAT has adopted the Digital TransformationAgency's (DTA) Policyfor the responsible use of AI in government.

This policy is intended to give security researchers clear guidelines and a point of contact to directly submit their research findings if they believe they have found a potential security vulnerability within the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT).

The Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade provides an indexed list of titles for files created in the Department every six months.
