The Prime Minister of Australia, the Honourable Anthony Albanese MP, and the Prime Minister of the Lao People's Democratic Republic (Lao PDR), His Excellency Sonexay Siphandone, mutually decide to establish a Comprehensive Partnership between Australia and the Lao PDR.
