This is a grant agreement between Australia and Transparency International (TI) valued at $9.25m from 1 January 2020 to 31 December 2023.

The Fund commissioned a Mid-Term Review (MTR) in November 2019.

The Australian Government's development policy Partnerships for Recovery — Australia’s COVID-19 Development Response and performance framework, outlined Australia’s approach to tackling COVID-19 in our region, pivoting our development program to focus on the virus.

The report presents the findings of a synthesis review of investments made by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade applying a Market Systems Development approach.
