The Australian Consulate-General in Hong Kong supported a visit to Hong Kong by the Australian Girls Choir in October 2012. The visit was part of the choir's 2012 tour which included the United Kingdom and Italy. Two concerts were performed in Hong Kong with the ensemble also conducting a collaborative chorister workshop with local primary school students. Their repertoire of song and movement is suitable for all ages. Since its previous visit to Hong Kong in 2009, the choir has continued to shine as a group of talented, young ambassadors for Australian creative and performance culture.
