Building on the success of the 2014 pilot phase of the New Colombo Plan, on 26 August, Foreign Minister Bishop announced the widening of the plan into more than 35 host locations across the Indo-Pacific from 2015. The 2015 Round will support approximately 60 scholarships and around $8 million in mobility grants for Australian undergraduate students. The competitive application and selection process for NCP 2015 funding is currently underway.
