The 2017 Australia-Middle East Journalism Exchange 'Journalism in the Middle East' study tour will see four high-achieving University of Canberra journalism students travel to Qatar and Jordan on a cultural and professional program. To develop a better understanding of the region, the delegates will make working visits to news organisations, cultural institutions, universities and government departments. Funding has also been provided to the coordinator to undertake research in Jordan for future exchange programs.
