Project Description

The second Australia-Korea Emerging Fashion Designers Exchange Program will bring together emerging independent Australian and Korean fashion designers to exchange and pursue collaboration opportunities in design, production and/or distribution. Two emerging designers from Australia and two from Korea will have the opportunity to participate in a program of activities and events over 18 months aimed at facilitating knowledge sharing and transfer, design collaboration and introductions to in-country industry, market and cultural connections. The program will include industry and fashion show visits in Australia and Korea. The program will be led by Queensland University of Technology in collaboration with Seoul National University.
