Project Description

The Australian Centre for Korean Studies at the Griffith Asia Institute, Griffith University in Australia and the Centre for Australian Studies at Yonsei University in Korea, are jointly undertaking a two-year research exchange program that focuses on major industries in the bilateral trade and investment relationship. Over the course of the two years, early-career researchers from both Griffith University and Yonsei University will conduct studies and public seminars on Australian Education & Training specifically in the context of Korean students studying in Australia, and Australian Tourism & Hospitality in terms of Korean tourism in Australia. All studies will examine public policy implications and propose policy recommendations to enhancing the overall trade and investment bilateral relationship between Korea and Australia.
