Project Description

Established in 2007 and headquartered in Brisbane, Australia the Asia Pacific Screen Awards (APSA) acknowledges filmmaking that demonstrates cinematic excellence and films that best reflect their cultural origins.

The region's highest accolade in film, APSA is an international cultural program supported by Brisbane City Council and managed by Brisbane Marketing. It is endorsed by foundation partners Paris-based UNESCO and FIAPF-International Federation of Film Producers Association.

APSA is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year. To celebrate this milestone, the esteemed International Jury will comprise film practitioners who have played a significant role in Asia Pacific screen culture. This project will support the participation of an iconic Korean Cinema figure.
