Minister for Foreign Affairs and Minister for Women Marise Payne, Minister for Defence Linda Reynolds, United States Secretary of State Michael Pompeo, and United States Secretary of Defense Mark Esper met in Washington DC on 28 July 2020 for the 30th Australia-US Ministerial Consultations (AUSMIN). The Ministers and Secretaries set a path for the Australia-US Alliance to support regional recovery from COVID-19 and to build a secure, prosperous future for the Indo-Pacific.
