Description

A review of operational conflict prevention efforts in Southeast Asia and the South Pacific which shows that while international organisations– particularly the United Nations–and regional organisations perform some conflict prevention roles in the region, these remain circumscribed. The report gives some recommendations to contribute to conflict prevention in the region. This report was published in April 2010.
